LOFTS RESIDENCE 

This bathroom renovation reinterprets a compact layout with a focus on clarity, texture, and restrained materiality. A subtle palette of soft, neutral tiles creates a serene backdrop, while the custom dark timber vanity introduces depth and contrast, grounding the space.
The marble countertop with its dramatic veining serves as a sculptural feature, complementing the understated simplicity of the surrounding finishes. A fluted glass shower screen diffuses light and adds a tactile, layered quality, maintaining openness.
Integrated storage and clean-lined joinery ensure the design remains uncluttered, focusing on functional elegance. The result is a quietly considered interior that is refined, tactile, and harmonious, balancing practicality with a sense of calm sophistication.
