GARDNERS LODGE
This world heritage listed ,131 year old sandstone building set in Camperdown's Victoria Park has been transformed into a new vegan cafe.
The client wanted to revamp the space to welcome customers to experience how good plant based food and coffee can be.
Natural earthy tones were introduced to complement the natural surroundings whilst maintaining authenticity as the Gardners Lodge.
"Christie absolutely nailed my vision for Gardners Lodge Cafe. I wanted a simple look which would flow with the gothic revival exterior of the building whilst at the same time reflect the original purpose of the building - The home of the Grounds Gardner.
Christie's design perfectly encapsulated the vision I had for the cafe. Simple and functional, warm, homely and inviting."
