Biography 

Jess has been practising as a fine art photographer since 2002. She has previously exhibited her work in solo shows, including an Associated Exhibition with Head On Photo Festival 2017 'Burlesque Girls', as well as group exhibitions, including being a finalist in the Olive Cotton National Portrait Prize. Her work also forms part of private collections in Sydney, London, Chicago and Singapore. Matino's work is predominantly executed on her medium format camera which allows a non-intrusive, considered was of working. The results are evocative, engaging images and compassionate portraits.
